Ingredients
- 1 crust Premade pizza crust - thin
- .5 Medium onion thin sliced
- 10 Cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
- Pesto - enough to slather all over the pizza
- 1 cup Mozzarella shredded
- 3/4 can Artichoke hearts - remove stem and use the leaves

Thin slice half of a medium onion and toss with a pinch or two of salt and some black pepper. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and do the same. Using canned or jarred artichoke hearts cut off the thick stem pieces and discard (or snack on them).
