Instructions
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the crescent roll package, typically around 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Filling:
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface.
- Separate the dough into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
- Fill and Roll the Crescent Rolls:
- Spread a generous amount of the prepared filling onto each triangle of dough.
- Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the pointed end, forming crescent shapes. Be gentle, no need to roll them up tight.
Bake the Rolls:
- Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Glaze:
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract (if using) in a small bowl. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.
- Glaze the Rolls:
- Once the rolls are baked and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top of each roll using a spoon or a piping bag.
Serve and Enjoy:
- Serve the cinnamon crescent rolls warm. Enjoy them as a delicious treat for breakfast or as a snack any time of the day!
- Enjoy your homemade cinnamon crescent rolls!
