Quick and easy with a delicious pay off. I was really dragging and not motivated the morning I made these. I wanted something but didn't want to put in too much effort. Poking around the fridge I found the Pillsbury Honey Butter Crescent Rolls. They were just asking to be made into something more than ordinary.
Minimal effort and you are a breakfast hero!

Two small bowls
- 1 package 8 ounces Pillsbury Honey Butter Crescent Rolls (8 rolls)
- For the Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter softened (or partially melted in microwave)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1-3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface.
Separate the dough into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
Fill and Roll the Crescent Rolls:
Spread a generous amount of the prepared filling onto each triangle of dough.
Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle towards the pointed end, forming crescent shapes. Be gentle, no need to roll them up tight.
Prepare the Glaze:
While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract (if using) in a small bowl. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if needed.
Glaze the Rolls:
Once the rolls are baked and slightly cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top of each roll using a spoon or a piping bag.
