Wash potato, dry and cut into 1/8 inch slices, leave skin on
Halve onion and cut in 1/8 inch slices
Cut sausage in desired portions.
Liberally season all with Chicken Salt and Black Pepper
Add all to griddle at medious hight heat, cook potatoes until brown and turn, toss and stir onions until tender, brown sausage. Mix then all together prior to serving.

Sausage, Onions, PotatoesNo griddle? The skillet works to. Cook potatoes separately. Get the sausage going and browning then add onion and cover until the onion is to desired tenderness.
